The Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics Youth Innovation Center, which provides ten services such as comprehensive research and development, technology transfer, pilot testing, intellectual property, journal exhibition, consulting and training, entrepreneurship guidance, salon forum, industrial expansion, investment and financing, has become the "regional highland" for attracting talents and retaining wisdom. The National Semiconductor Laser Technology Innovation Center integrating technology innovation, product pilot testing, and achievement transformation is operating well and can break through the technical bottleneck of China's high-end laser chips, with an annual production of 10 million chips and an output value of more than 10 billion yuan. Six innovation platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Applied Optics, the State Key Laboratory of Luminescence and Application, the State Key Laboratory of Laser-Matter Interaction, and the National Engineering Technology Research Center are gathering in our district, working together to break through the "bottleneck" technologies that restrict the country.
