At present, the integrated charging single pile and group charging intelligent system (split charging pile) are widely used in the charging market. The project is built in Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone to build a group charging intelligent system. The intelligent charging system of electric vehicle group adopts the way of group management and group control, and constructs the intelligent charging system of electric vehicle group through the three-layer structure of electrical technology layer, intelligent charging layer and cloud platform layer.

The project is located in Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the group charging intelligent system built by the main body is mainly composed of the main cabinet, multiple charging terminals and intelligent management system. As the core of the system, the main cabinet is responsible for providing power and distributing power. The charging terminal is responsible for transferring power to the electric vehicle; The intelligent management system is responsible for monitoring the entire charging process to ensure safe and efficient charging.

(1) New energy vehicle market

In recent years, the global new energy vehicle market has shown a continuous growth trend. In 2023, global sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 13.69 million, an increase of 35% year-on-year.

In the future, driven by multiple factors such as increased environmental awareness, policy support and technological progress, the new energy vehicle market is expected to continue to maintain rapid development. According to relevant forecasts, by 2030, global sales of new energy vehicles are expected to exceed 47 million, corresponding to the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 20% from 2022 to 2030.

China occupies an important position in the global new energy vehicle field, and has become the world's largest new energy vehicle market for many consecutive years. In the first half of 2024, the production and sales volume of China's new energy vehicles reached 4.929 million and 4.944 million, respectively, an increase of 30.1% and 32%, and the market share reached 35.2%. By the end of June, the cumulative production and sales of domestic new energy vehicles exceeded 30 million. According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China's new car sales (including exports) in 2024 will increase by 3% compared with 2023, reaching about 31 million units, of which new energy vehicles will sell about 11.5 million units this year.

From January to July 2024, China's share of new energy vehicles in the global market reached 65.5%, far exceeding that of other countries. In the field of pure electric vehicles, China's global market share reached 61% in 2023 and maintained a stable performance of 59% in the first half of 2024. In terms of plug-in hybrid models, China's market share increased from 69% in 2023 to 74% in the first half of 2024, showing China's strong competitiveness in this field.

From the perspective of development speed, China's new energy vehicle industry is growing rapidly. On the one hand, the domestic market demand is strong, and consumers' acceptance of new energy vehicles continues to increase; On the other hand, the strong support of policies has also played a key role, including subsidy policies, preferential car purchase indicators, and the construction of charging facilities. In addition, China's new energy vehicle enterprises have continuously increased investment in technological innovation and product research and development, which has promoted the rapid development of the industry.

(2) Automobile group intelligent charging and prospect analysis

In June 2023, the "Guiding Opinions on Further Building a High-quality Charging Infrastructure System" issued by the General Office of the State Council proposed that by 2030, a high-quality charging infrastructure system with extensive coverage, moderate scale, reasonable structure and perfect functions should be basically built to effectively support the development of the new energy vehicle industry. Effectively meet the development goals of people's travel charging needs.

Automobile group intelligent charging system has formed a large system and platform from low voltage to high voltage, from AC to DC, from centralized control to scheduling, from man-machine to mobile phone, from charging management to Internet cloud platform management. Module structure: The equipment of the group charging intelligent charging system is based on modular design, standardized production, mass pre-investment, and flexible collocation to meet the charging needs in different scenarios. The technology iteration is fast, and the modular structure can easily realize the technology upgrade and expansion, and adapt to the development needs of charging technology;

Group management and group control: Through the four-layer structure of equipment layer, control layer, scheduling layer and platform layer, the unified scheduling and management of the vehicle cluster can achieve orderly charging, off-peak charging and safe charging of the vehicle cluster. Achieve one-time construction, centralized work processing, improve the construction efficiency of charging facilities;

Active protection: The original charging mode relies on BMS. Active charging realizes the cooperation with BMS. According to the national electric vehicle ownership analysis, by 2030, the national electric vehicle ownership will account for 32%-45% of the car ownership. According to the above data, it is estimated that by 2030, the number of electric vehicles in Changchun will account for 40% of the total number of cars, and the current number of cars in Changchun is about 2.1 million, without considering the new and reduced number of cars, the number of electric vehicles in Changchun will be about 840,000 by 2030.
