New Energy
Photovoltaic, Wind Power Development Project of Changchun City
1. Introduction to the Project
1.1 Project background
1.1.1 Product introduction
Photovoltaic is a technology that uses the sun's light energy to convert it into electricity, and photovoltaic technology has made great progress in the past few decades, becoming one of the most important technologies in the field of renewable energy. It has the characteristics of renewable energy, high efficiency and energy saving, safety and reliability, modular design and flexibility, high long-term investment return, environmental friendliness and sustainable development, and large application potential in many fields. Its development and application are of great significance for promoting the development of renewable energy, reducing emissions and protecting the environment. Photovoltaic power generation is a technology that converts light energy directly into electrical energy by using the photovoltaic effect of semiconductor interface. It is mainly composed of solar panels (components), controllers and inverters, and the main components are composed of electronic components. After the solar cells are packaged and protected in series, a large area of solar cell modules can be formed, and then combined with the power controller and other components to form a photovoltaic power generation device.
Wind energy is renewable, pollution-free, large energy, wide prospects of energy, wind power is an important form of wind energy utilization. It has the characteristics of clean, friendly environmental benefits, renewable, never exhausted, short construction cycle, flexible installation scale, low operation and maintenance costs. Wind power refers to the wind wheel rotating under the action of the wind, it converts the kinetic energy of the wind into the mechanical energy of the wind wheel shaft, and the generator rotates to generate electricity under the drive of the wind wheel shaft. Broadly speaking, wind energy is also solar energy, so it can also be said that wind turbines are a kind of thermal energy utilization generators with the sun as a heat source and the atmosphere as the working medium.
The project is planned to be located in Nong'an County, the project uses the unused land of the mining area, which is suitable for the development of photovoltaic power generation and wind energy development projects.
1.1.2 Market prospect
(1) Current situation of wind energy industry
With the transformation of the global energy structure and the promotion of environmental protection awareness, China's wind energy industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. The scale of the domestic wind energy industry continues to expand and has become the world's largest wind power market. In recent years, China's wind power manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, and the manufacturing capacity of wind power equipment has been significantly enhanced, forming a relatively complete industrial chain. From the grasslands in the north to the hills in the south, from the eastern coast to the western plateau, wind farms have sprung up, injecting a strong impetus to China's green energy supply.
However, in this development boom, there are also some problems that cannot be ignored. First of all, China's wind energy resources are unevenly distributed, most high-quality wind resources are concentrated in the northwest and northeast regions, and these areas are often far away from the power load center, resulting in wind power transmission and consumption problems. Secondly, technical bottlenecks still exist, especially in the field of offshore wind power, China started late, and there is still a certain gap compared with the international advanced level. In addition, the problem of wind power grid-connection is also one of the key factors restricting the development of the industry, and the intermittency and instability of wind power have brought challenges to the grid dispatch. Finally, with the adjustment of the state's new energy subsidy policy, the wind power industry is also facing new challenges and opportunities, and enterprises need to make more efforts in reducing costs and improving efficiency.
In spite of this, the Chinese government's support for the wind energy industry is not reduced, and through a series of policy guidance and financial support, wind power technology progress and industrial upgrading are promoted. In the future, with the continuous breakthrough of technology and the further maturity of the market, China's wind energy industry is expected to achieve a more healthy and sustainable development.
(2) Current situation of photovoltaic industry
The photovoltaic industry, as a pioneer in the transformation of the global energy structure, has experienced rapid development in recent years. Especially in China, this industry has not only made great achievements in scale, but also made remarkable progress in technological innovation and cost control. China has become the world's largest photovoltaic product production base, but also the largest photovoltaic installation market, its global market share accounted for nearly half of the proportion. As technology continues to advance, the cost of photovoltaic power generation continues to fall, making solar electricity one of the most competitive energy options in an increasing number of regions.
The field of photovoltaic application is also expanding, from the initial residential rooftop power generation, to the current large-scale ground power station, photovoltaic building integration and distributed power generation system, the application scenario of photovoltaic technology is becoming more and more diversified. In addition, with the development of energy storage technology, the combination of photovoltaic and energy storage further improves the stability and reliability of photovoltaic power generation, and provides a new idea for solving the intermittency problem of renewable energy.
However, the development of the photovoltaic industry is not smooth sailing. Overcapacity, the gradual decline of subsidy policies and international trade frictions have brought no small challenges to the industry. Overcapacity has led to the intensification of market competition, and the adjustment of subsidy policies has affected the profitability of enterprises. At the same time, international trade frictions have also brought uncertainty to the export of photovoltaic products. Despite this, the photovoltaic industry still shows strong resilience and development potential, and many companies are responding to these challenges through technological innovation and market diversification, in order to occupy a more important position in the future energy market.
(3) Photovoltaic wind power generation industry prospect analysis
With the transformation of the global energy structure and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness, the photovoltaic wind power generation industry has shown great potential for development. First, solar and wind energy, as renewable energy sources, have endless supply potential and do not produce greenhouse gas emissions, in line with global emission reduction targets. Second, technological advances have made the cost of photovoltaic and wind power generation significantly lower, improving its market competitiveness. In addition, governments' policy support and subsidy measures for renewable energy have further promoted the development of the photovoltaic wind energy industry.
However, the photovoltaic wind power industry also faces some challenges. For example, the power generation is greatly affected by weather and geographical location, and there is a certain instability. In order to solve this problem, the development of energy storage technology is particularly important, which can help balance supply and demand and ensure the stable operation of the power system. In addition, the intelligent transformation of the power grid is also one of the key factors to promote the development of the photovoltaic wind power industry.
In the future, the development of photovoltaic wind power generation industry will pay more attention to technological innovation and system integration. By introducing advanced forecasting technology and intelligent management system, power generation efficiency and grid adaptability can be effectively improved. At the same time, cross-industry cooperation, such as the combination of information technology, big data analysis and other fields, will bring new growth points for photovoltaic wind power generation industry. To sum up, the future prospects of photovoltaic wind power generation industry are broad, but at the same time, it also needs to overcome technical, market and policy challenges.
1.1.3 Technical analysis
(1) Photovoltaic power generation
The main principle of photovoltaic power generation is the photoelectric effect of semiconductors. When a photon shines on a metal, its energy can be fully absorbed by an electron in the metal, and the energy absorbed by the electron is large enough to overcome the Coulomb force inside the metal atom and escape from the metal surface to become a photoelectron. Silicon atom has 4 outer electrons, if the pure silicon has 5 outer electrons such as phosphorus atom, it becomes N-type semiconductor; If pure silicon is mixed with atoms with three outer electrons, such as boron atoms, P-type semiconductors are formed. When the P-type and N-type are combined, the contact surface forms an electric potential difference and becomes a solar cell. When the sun shines on the P-N junction, the current flows from the P-type side to the N-type side, forming an electric current.
(2) Wind power generation
The kinetic energy of the wind is converted into mechanical kinetic energy, and the mechanical energy is converted into electric kinetic energy, which is wind power. The principle of wind power generation is to use the wind to drive the rotation of the windmill blades, and then increase the rotation speed through the speed reducer to promote the generator to generate electricity. According to windmill technology, a breeze speed (the degree of breeze) of about three meters per second can start generating electricity. Wind power is creating a boom around the world because it does not require the use of fuel and produces no radiation or air pollution. The device required for wind power generation is called a wind turbine. This kind of wind turbine can be divided into three parts: Wind wheel (including tail rudder), generator and tower cylinder. (Large wind power stations basically do not have a tail rudder, generally only small (including domestic) will have a tail rudder)
