This project will integrate advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things, AI, and intelligent logistics sorting and warehousing, based in Northeast China to create a local e-commerce warehouse. This move aims to effectively optimize the operation speed of express logistics in Northeast China and significantly enhance the online shopping experience of consumers in the region.

The warehousing and logistics industry refers to a logistics and distribution industry that specializes in goods warehousing, transportation and transit warehousing, as well as warehousing as the main focus. 2.2 Overview

VIPS Information Technology Co., Ltd. (VIPS) was established in August, 2008, headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Its website was launched on December 8 of the same year. Vipshop has been listed on BrandZ’s “Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands of 2019” for three consecutive years, and was awarded the title of “Best New Chinese Brand” in 2017. The sewage pipe network in the Economic Development Zone is fully connected to the municipal pipe network in the main urban area, with a daily processing capacity of 180000 tons, meeting the sewage treatment needs of enterprises. By now, the 8-kilometer industrial steam pipeline has been put into use, and the pipeline has been laid outside the red line of the park, which can meet the needs of enterprises.
