It is to build a national level scenic route for ice and snow crossing in Changbai Mountain.

The specific route is: Shuangmufeng Port - Dongfanghong Forest Farm - Hongshi Forest Farm - Anbei Forest Farm - Ma’anshan Village in Yongqing Township - Mulan Village in Xinhe Township - Xinhe Xiaohuanggou Forest Farm - Fengyan Village in Mingyue Town - Antu County. The second is the Hebei Ice and Snow Crossing Scenic Road, with a total length of 21.21 kilometers. The specific route is: Erdaobaihe Anbei Village - Songjiang Xiangyang Village - Songjiang Sihe Village. The third is the Hanbao Ice and Snow Crossing Scenic Road, with a total length of 123.387 kilometers. The specific route is: Xinhe Hanconggou Village - Qinglin Forest Farm - Heping Forest Farm - Liu Shengdian Forest Farm - Wanbao Jinhua Village. This area is suitable for developing products such as winter snow and ice forest crossing, horse drawn plow crossing, and snowmobile crossing. The main construction projects include signage, service stations, tourist toilets, photography bases, ski resorts, ice rinks, characteristic B&B, and red tourism bases, creating the national level scenic roads for ice and snow crossing in Changbai Mountain.

The total investment of the project is 150 million yuan, including the fixed assets investment of 120 million yuan.
